Testing of constructional martials play vital role in constructing quality structures with durable life and economy in maintenance. As all the Live loads, dead loads, wind load and snow load ( where applicable ) going to transmit through slabs to beams, beams to columns , columns to foundation and from foundation to soil over which the structures to  be built. Therefore, it is the time before constructing the structures testing of soil to be done prehand of the concerned site. According to the Bearing Capacity of Soil structure foundation and its various components to be designed to bear the load safely. Even after getting done all this prehand we cannot construct durable and safe structure if testing of all constructional materials not done before allowing it to use over the work.
